Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of culinary and leadership experience
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours daily
  • ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • effective communication skills
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and food safety protocols
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • adherence to dress code and professional appearance
  • willingness to comply with HSEQ policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree or certification preferred
  • minimum 5 years of culinary experience including leadership roles
  • strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • experience with NetMenu application
  • proven ability to manage budgets and analyze culinary costs
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and train teams effectively
  • demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • proficiency in maintaining compliance with procurement and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Partner with leadership to ensure hiring best practices for culinary positions are followed
  • ensure compliance with ISS/GEI/client guidelines, policies, SOPs, and CPEs for food production and quality standards
  • maintain and monitor NetMenu applications accurately
  • support and monitor culinary budgetary requirements and provide data for cost analysis
  • create menu programming meeting program standards and unit-specific requirements
  • follow ISS/GEI/client procurement purchasing guidelines, policies, and SOPs
  • comply with Procurement Integrity Index scores as per KPI requirements
  • participate in new unit startup processes
  • facilitate culinary leadership team meetings for guidance and alignment on culinary initiatives
  • monitor and cascade culinary training per ISS/GEI/client standards
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • ensure kitchen organization and cleanliness for workplace safety
  • enforce food safety, allergen control, HACCP, and NSF guidelines daily
