Job Duties

  • Design and implement décor concepts for a wide range of campus events including major celebrations
  • Determine appropriate campus and venue décor including tablescapes centerpieces floral arrangements and overall ambiance
  • Create custom centerpieces and décor elements tailored to each event
  • Execute floral design for both small and large installations
  • Source décor items floral materials and design elements while maintaining quality and budget awareness
  • Install and oversee décor setup and teardown ensuring designs are executed accurately and safely
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics related to décor installation and event setup
  • Work closely with the Events team receiving input from event owners and stakeholders to align designs with event goals
  • Make final design decisions when needed and confidently implement approved concepts
