Job Duties
- Design and implement décor concepts for a wide range of campus events including major celebrations
- Determine appropriate campus and venue décor including tablescapes centerpieces floral arrangements and overall ambiance
- Create custom centerpieces and décor elements tailored to each event
- Execute floral design for both small and large installations
- Source décor items floral materials and design elements while maintaining quality and budget awareness
- Install and oversee décor setup and teardown ensuring designs are executed accurately and safely
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics related to décor installation and event setup
- Work closely with the Events team receiving input from event owners and stakeholders to align designs with event goals
- Make final design decisions when needed and confidently implement approved concepts
