Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of three years management experience
  • minimum of three years work experience in facilities or food services
  • strong employee engagement leadership skills
  • culinary production experience
  • strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high level customer service
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System and The Market Connection (for internal candidates)
  • proficiency in computer skills and report management
