Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of three years management experience
- minimum of three years work experience in facilities or food services
- strong employee engagement leadership skills
- culinary production experience
- strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- professional communication skills
- passion for high level customer service
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System and The Market Connection (for internal candidates)
- proficiency in computer skills and report management
