Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.50 and 6 non-audit credits
- Be available to work 10-14 hours per week
- Provide excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Possess good problem-solving abilities and prioritize tasks
- Adhere to Student Employee Handbook uniform dress policy
- Attend mandatory trainings
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to grasp and use technology effectively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer questions and give directions regarding events, campus services, programs, account management, lockers, and lost and found items
- Manage money daily and ensure accurate count of register drawer
- Perform hazard and bodily fluid clean up procedures as trained
- Follow mandatory reporting and general fire and emergency protocols
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, faculty, customers, and the public via telephone, email, and in person
- Maintain organized and updated brochure racks
- Use point of sale devices for tickets, dining plans, account management, and produce university ID cards
- Collaborate with Student Center and Operation Associate teams and report workflow status
