Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be enrolled or recent graduate of the school
  • must have a valid driver’s license registered and insured vehicle
  • must be able to drive to and from accounts continuously
  • ability to work afternoons nights and weekends
  • ability to tolerate cold temperatures
  • ability to operate a motor vehicle several times throughout the day
  • may be required to stand for several hours during the workday or evening
  • regular travel in the market

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be enrolled or recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin
  • ability to drive and manage a vehicle
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • knowledge of brand promotion and merchandising
  • flexibility to work afternoons nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Execute impactful promotions for accounts in the On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores)
  • sampling events and festivals participation
  • improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays resetting coolers and displaying point of sale items
  • conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume
  • work independently and with the Boston Beer sales team to increase product availability and visibility
  • travel regularly within the market
  • manage physical demands including standing for extended periods and working in varying conditions
