Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must be enrolled or recent graduate of the school
- must have a valid driver’s license registered and insured vehicle
- must be able to drive to and from accounts continuously
- ability to work afternoons nights and weekends
- ability to tolerate cold temperatures
- ability to operate a motor vehicle several times throughout the day
- may be required to stand for several hours during the workday or evening
- regular travel in the market
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must be enrolled or recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin
- ability to drive and manage a vehicle
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- knowledge of brand promotion and merchandising
- flexibility to work afternoons nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Execute impactful promotions for accounts in the On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores)
- sampling events and festivals participation
- improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays resetting coolers and displaying point of sale items
- conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and volume
- work independently and with the Boston Beer sales team to increase product availability and visibility
- travel regularly within the market
- manage physical demands including standing for extended periods and working in varying conditions
