Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be enrolled or graduate of Texas Tech University
  • must have a valid driver’s license and insured registered vehicle
  • must be able to drive continuously to and from accounts
  • must be available to work afternoons, nights, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work afternoons, nights, and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • preferred ability to tolerate cold temperatures
  • preferred experience with customer-facing roles
  • preferred ability to stand for extended periods
  • preferred ability to travel regularly in the market

Job Duties

  • execute impactful promotions for accounts in bars and restaurants as well as grocery and liquor stores
  • organize and participate in sampling events and festivals
  • table at major campus events such as sporting events
  • improve merchandising in accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and displaying point of sale items
  • conduct educational sessions for waitstaff and bartenders to increase brand awareness
  • drive to and from accounts to support promotional activities
  • collaborate with team members to support brand growth initiatives
