Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of related work experience or Master’s degree and one year of related work experience
  • Experience collaborating with businesses, community organizations, and youth
  • Valid Nevada Driver’s License or ability to obtain within one month
  • Successful fingerprinting and background check
  • Willingness to work variable schedule including some weekends
  • Ability to travel up to two hours for meetings
  • Willingness to reside overnight at camp site when groups are onsite

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Experience working with businesses, community organizations, and youth
  • Experience in running a camp or retreat center
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse audiences
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data collection and program evaluation

Job Duties

  • Create and implement comprehensive day and residential camping programs
  • Manage daily camp operations and staff supervision
  • Ensure camper safety and well-being by enforcing safety protocols
  • Coordinate events and maintain documentation and databases
  • Communicate with stakeholders and promote the program for recruitment
  • Collect and analyze data for program assessment and improvement
  • Oversee budget monitoring and special project management
