- experience in front office or hospitality roles
- ability to manage staff schedules and coordinate team activities

Job Duties
- Train and motivate Front Office associates
- oversee front-line staff including Front Desk, Concierge, and Reservations teams
- coordinate and place front-line staff
- monitor guest service through routine audits
- assist in guest check-in and reservation processes
- resolve guest questions and complaints
- ensure compliance with resort policies including wardrobe, grooming, and safety
