Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of experience
Collaborate with Mission Team for success of patient access, education, public policy, advocacy, and research
Able to supervise groups of volunteers
Manage multiple priorities effectively
Good communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of digital, social media, and emerging online channels
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Job Duties

Partner with Education Services and Health Research department to effectively communicate the mission, programs, resources, and priorities
Act as an on-site manager during campaign fundraising events overseeing activities, staff, vendors, and volunteers
Oversee logistics, timelines, and operational elements for assigned fundraising campaigns
Provide input into strategic planning for peer-to-peer fundraising products including revenue, budget, goals, and timelines
Manage expense budgets related to logistics
Research and recommend event venues and locations based on campaign standards
Responsible for assigned peer-to-peer fundraising teams to achieve revenue goals
Work with Volunteer Coordinator and collaborate with local and national teams
Manage data entry to keep CRM and fundraising systems accurate
Connect with vendors to secure best rates or in-kind donations
Maintain knowledge of mission and programs to promote organizational initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned
