Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Collaborate with Mission Team for success of patient access, education, public policy, advocacy, and research
  • Able to supervise groups of volunteers
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of digital, social media, and emerging online channels
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Partner with Education Services and Health Research department to effectively communicate the mission, programs, resources, and priorities
  • Act as an on-site manager during campaign fundraising events overseeing activities, staff, vendors, and volunteers
  • Oversee logistics, timelines, and operational elements for assigned fundraising campaigns
  • Provide input into strategic planning for peer-to-peer fundraising products including revenue, budget, goals, and timelines
  • Manage expense budgets related to logistics
  • Research and recommend event venues and locations based on campaign standards
  • Responsible for assigned peer-to-peer fundraising teams to achieve revenue goals
  • Work with Volunteer Coordinator and collaborate with local and national teams
  • Manage data entry to keep CRM and fundraising systems accurate
  • Connect with vendors to secure best rates or in-kind donations
  • Maintain knowledge of mission and programs to promote organizational initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
