Job Requirements

  • Embrace the mission and vision of the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay and work in accordance with Catholic Teachings
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge software preferred
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn accepted bookkeeping practices
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Expert level typing skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge software preferred
  • Knowledge of relational databases
  • Ability to learn accepted bookkeeping practices
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Expert level typing skills
  • Excellent proofing and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in event planning and coordination preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Word Press helpful

Job Duties

  • Provide advanced administrative support to the Bishop’s Appeal Director
  • Coordinate diverse and complex mailings for annual campaigns
  • Prepare and disseminate campaign reports
  • Maintain and prepare donor data for solicitation efforts
  • Draft correspondence related to the annual campaigns
  • Organize event planning and special events for the appeal
  • Coordinate meeting logistics for campaign-related events
