The Food & Beverage Manager position is available at a distinguished hotel property known as the Cambria4 Hotel & Suites Anaheim Resort Area. This newly established hotel sets itself apart by delivering modern, resort-style amenities and a broad range of on-site dining and entertainment choices to guests. Situated in the heart of the Anaheim Resort District, the property offers guests easy access to many of Southern California's most famous attractions, with Disneyland located within walking distance. Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong problem-solving skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- valid food service certification preferred

- monitor and control budgeted payroll and overhead costs
- work towards improving restaurant and banquet sales revenues
- oversee staff scheduling and performance
- maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
- coordinate with other hotel departments to optimize service delivery
