Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in rooms or food and beverage departments in a hotel
- A 4-year college degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 3 to 4 years of related experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Effective in handling stressful and high-pressure situations
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Overtime eligible manager position

Job Duties
- Supervise operating departments and assist the General Manager in achieving hotel profitability
- Proactively anticipate and address workplace issues to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of Guest Services staff
- Support ongoing training programs across all departments in service standards
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and guests to resolve concerns
- Work with financial data and perform basic arithmetic functions
- Maintain company standards of personal appearance and grooming
