Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- willingness to learn and follow all food safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a cook chef or restaurant team member is preferred
- ability to perform individually and as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision
- ability to work any shift based on business needs to include some nights weekends and holidays
Job Duties

- greet customers and provide a friendly and positive experience
- prepare cook and present food safely quickly and efficiently
- assist in keeping the kitchen clean safe and organized
- demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
- protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging food presentation and quality is top level
- complete customer transactions efficiently and comply with all state regulations when selling restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco
- maintain cleanliness of the facility to include the kitchen bathrooms and outdoor areas i e dusting mopping emptying trash cleaning etc
