Job Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite at 1355 W University Dr, Mesa, AZ 3-4 days per week and remotely 1-2 days weekly
- Verified internet service with minimum 12mb upload and 18mb download speeds
- Dedicated home workspace equipped with desk, chair, electrical outlet, surge protector, and direct LAN connection
- Ability to follow technical support processes and organizational security standards
- Be available, accessible, and accountable during scheduled work shifts
- Participate in workspace audits including remote desktop observation and live monitoring
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to complete required training

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in commissioned sales highly preferred

Job Duties
- Handle customer interactions including calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment
- Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commissions targets
- Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
- Explain bills and product features clearly
- Troubleshoot basic technical problems and escalate when necessary
- Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues efficiently
- Support various customer inquiries including technical issues
- Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
- Participate in paid training programs
