Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- must pass background screening
- typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must pass onsite assessments with a score above 80%
- must be 100% on-site in Lubbock call center

Job Duties
- handle inbound calls from stranded customers needing roadside assistance for rental vehicles
- assess situations to determine appropriate solutions such as towing or dispatching help
- coordinate with service providers to ensure timely assistance
- follow up with customers to ensure safety and satisfaction
- maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
