Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Availability to attend 100% of a 12-week training program
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and varying hours
  • Successful completion of 7-year employment verification
  • Successful completion of 10-year background check
  • Passing 10-panel drug screening test including THC
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information securely
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment preferably within banking or financial industry
  • Strong verbal communication skills with customer-centric approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with banking products, processes, and regulations
  • Proficient in computer systems, databases, and CRM software
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding card services and deposit-related queries
  • Identify and address customers' concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically
  • Update customer account information and process transactions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the bank's card services and deposit products
  • Adhere to banking regulations, security protocols, and data protection guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain processes and set expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and internal processes
  • Meet and exceed performance targets including call handling time and customer satisfaction
