Job Requirements
- fluent bilingual in english and spanish
- ability to work hybrid schedule with 3-4 days in office and 1-2 days remote
- ability to report to 600 NW 79th Ave Miami FL location
- ability to work flexible 40 hour per week schedule including nights weekends and overtime
- verified internet service with minimum 12mb upload and 18mb download speeds
- dedicated work area with desk chair electrical outlet surge protector direct LAN connection
- adherence to work from home workspace standards including security and noise levels
- availability to comply with work schedule technical support processes and organizational policies

Job Duties
- handle customer interactions including calls chats and emails in a fast-paced environment
