Job Requirements

  • must be bilingual in english and spanish
  • able to work onsite at 1010 n saint mary's st san antonio texas 78215 3-4 days weekly and remotely 1-2 days weekly
  • must have verified internet service with minimum 12mb upload and 18mb download speeds for remote work
  • dedicated workspace meeting company work from home standards
  • willing to work flexible hours including nights weekends and overtime
  • ability to handle multiple communication channels such as calls chats and emails
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to follow technical security and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • fluent in english and spanish
  • proven sales experience preferably in commissioned sales
  • strong customer focus
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • handle customer interactions including calls chats and emails in a fast-paced environment
  • identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets
  • accurately resolve issues related to service billing payments and collections
  • explain bills and product features clearly
  • troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
  • build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
  • support various customer inquiries including technical issues
  • work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule which may include nights weekends and overtime
  • participate in paid training
