Job Requirements
- must be bilingual in english and spanish
- able to work onsite at 1010 n saint mary's st san antonio texas 78215 3-4 days weekly and remotely 1-2 days weekly
- must have verified internet service with minimum 12mb upload and 18mb download speeds for remote work
- dedicated workspace meeting company work from home standards
- willing to work flexible hours including nights weekends and overtime
- ability to handle multiple communication channels such as calls chats and emails
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow technical security and compliance standards
Job Qualifications
- fluent in english and spanish
- proven sales experience preferably in commissioned sales
- strong customer focus
- excellent problem-solving skills
- attention to detail
- ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- handle customer interactions including calls chats and emails in a fast-paced environment
- identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets
- accurately resolve issues related to service billing payments and collections
- explain bills and product features clearly
- troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
- build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
- support various customer inquiries including technical issues
- work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule which may include nights weekends and overtime
- participate in paid training
