Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Reliable internet connection meeting speed requirements for remote work
- Dedicated workspace adhering to company standards
- Ability to follow technical support processes and compliance standards
- Flexibility to work hybrid schedule, 3-4 days in the Miami call center, and 1-2 days remotely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous commissioned sales experience preferred
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
- Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commissions targets
- Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
- Explain bills and product features clearly to customers
- Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate to higher support if needed
- Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues promptly
- Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
- Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Participate in paid training programs
