Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week including nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Reliable internet connection meeting speed requirements for remote work
  • Dedicated workspace adhering to company standards
  • Ability to follow technical support processes and compliance standards
  • Flexibility to work hybrid schedule, 3-4 days in the Miami call center, and 1-2 days remotely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous commissioned sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commissions targets
  • Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
  • Explain bills and product features clearly to customers
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate to higher support if needed
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues promptly
  • Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
  • Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Participate in paid training programs
