Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sales operations leadership or real-estate-adjacent leadership role
- strong organization and attention to detail
- clear and professional communication
- scheduling and coordination skills
- comfort with document workflows and standard productivity tools
- strong relationship building and coaching capabilities
- ability to partner with all divisions
- consistent adherence to ethical, moral, and professional standards
- ability to maintain confidentiality and work within compliance limits
- must obtain an unrestricted California Real Estate License within 120 days of hire date

Job Duties
- Manage and approve associate timekeeping
- assist with associate scheduling
- conduct motivational meetings and support meeting logistics including agendas and materials
- provide administrative support for associate goal-setting activities like tracking and dashboard updates
- perform additional approved administrative duties as assigned
- partner with site leadership and training teams to coordinate training logistics
- maintain accurate compliance records and audit-ready documentation
- prepare and complete transaction-related documents under broker supervision
- coordinate delivery of transaction documents and obtain signatures
- accept and record trust funds and provide receipts
- provide factual updates on transaction timing and service completion
- schedule meetings between licensees and parties to the transaction
- arrange third-party reports and services when delegated by broker-authorized licensee
