Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in sales operations leadership or real estate-adjacent leadership role
  • strong organization and attention to detail
  • clear and professional communication
  • scheduling and coordination skills
  • comfort with document workflows and productivity tools
  • strong relationship building, coaching, and partnership abilities
  • consistent adherence to ethical and professional standards
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and work within compliance limits
  • must obtain unrestricted California Real Estate License within 120 days of hire

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage and approve associate timekeeping
  • assist with associate scheduling
  • conduct motivational meetings and support daily/recurring meeting logistics
  • provide administrative support for associate goal-setting activities
  • perform additional approved administrative duties
  • partner with site leadership and training teams to coordinate training logistics
  • maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation
  • prepare and complete transaction-related documents under broker supervision
  • deliver and coordinate transaction documents and obtain required signatures
  • accept, record, and provide receipts for trust funds
  • provide factual updates on transaction status
  • schedule meetings between licensees and principals
  • arrange third-party reports and services when authorized
