Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping/custodial experience preferred
- prior hospitality experience preferred
- must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
- must possess excellent communication skills
- must be professional in appearance and demeanor
- must be able to work under pressure
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- must always ensure a teamwork environment
- must have basic knowledge of chemicals and their uses
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand throughout the day with intermittent walking and stair climbing
- must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds occasionally and rarely 50 pounds with assistance

Job Duties
- Maintains cleanliness of resort property
- cleans all accommodations within Caldera Springs, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
- assists with cleanliness of public facilities including Lake House and Forest House as needed
- cleans and sanitizes all designated areas to Sunriver Resort standards
- perform deep cleans of properties
- exterior sweeping and cleaning of outdoor furnishings
- maintains constant awareness of safety issues and reports all safety incidents to on-duty supervisor
