Job Requirements

Must be at least 18
Willingness to train
Baking or pastry arts degree preferred but not necessary
Ability to stand and move actively throughout the shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
Must pass a drug and criminal background check

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining attention to detail

Job Duties

Ice and finish a variety of pastries, cookies, and breakfast items
Trim, fill, and assemble cakes
Skillfully ice cakes with signature buttercream, chocolate fudge, and whipped cream for both customer orders and store inventory, including round, layer, sheet, novelty, no-cut, and tiered cakes
Communicate effectively with co-workers
Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
