- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be 18 years of age to operate specific equipment such as mixer, oven, fryer, pallet jack, pan washer, slicer, baler/compactor, and ladder
- Knowledge of bakery operations preferred
Job Duties
- Follow all federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies regarding bakery operations, safety, and sanitation
- Maintain proper shelf/display conditions through cleaning, straightening, and rotating products
- Adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product
- Take customer orders accurately for cakes or other specialty items as needed
- Complete all necessary paperwork relating to bakery department
- Maintain a clean as you go policy
- Maintain adequate supplies
- Minimize shrink through proper handling and storing of product
