Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of job required trainings and assessments within prescribed timeframe
- Ability to work flexible hours including seasonal demands
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Reliable and able to manage inventory and control shrinkage
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Cake decorating skills preferred
- Ability to follow recipe measurement and food safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- Basic digital literacy and adaptability to new technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Drive bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- Model high quality service and products, and train and mentor associates
- Comply with company policies and ethics and complete work assignments efficiently
