Job Requirements
- minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to handle physical demands of bakery production
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in cake decorating preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- proficiency with digital tools and technology

Job Duties
- be a team member - collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- be an expert - plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs and adherence to food safety standards
- be a techie - leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- be an owner - drive bakery area performance ensuring quality, minimizing waste, and assisting members with purchasing decisions
- be a talent ambassador - model high quality service and products while supporting associate development
- comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity
- complete work assignments and communicate progress and recommendations
