Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time

- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests
- Prepare product for sale including icing, decorating, pricing, packaging and labeling
- Maintain product level, quality and freshness
- Perform bakery clerk functions as requested
- Maintain sanitation standards in cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area
- Properly clean work area, couplers and decorating bags
- Maintain organization of freezer including proper product rotation
- Communicate guest requests to management
- Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor
- Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy
- Properly rotate icings and scrape down buckets
- Use cake manual as reference material
- Write on cakes
- Properly mix colors according to color chart
- Master the use of the airbrush
- Use cake production sheet
- Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for bakery section
- Perform all other duties assigned by management
- Perform Front Porch duties to ensure guest arrival standards
- Announce specials and sale info on PA system
- Assist in product receiving and storage
