- Assists customers

- inspects bakery products for freshness
- faces merchandise in the department
- operates air brush sprayer
- decorates cakes using various cake decorating tools
- takes orders
- builds displays
- cleans and sanitizes department, back room, and cooler/freezer
- receives deliveries and arranges stock in cooler/freezer
- prepares and packages product
