Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety standards sanitation and cold chain compliance
- Operate sanitize and maintain bakery equipment
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- Model high quality service and products
- Train develop and mentor associates
- Comply with company policies and ethical standards
- Collaborate with managers and coworkers to complete assignments
- Build strong team relationships and communicate effectively
