Job Requirements

  • Six months experience in fresh production area
  • Willingness to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to educate associates on tools tasks and resources
  • Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for customer service
  • Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
  • Adhere to food safety standards sanitation and cold chain compliance
  • Operate sanitize and maintain bakery equipment
  • Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
  • Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
  • Model high quality service and products
  • Train develop and mentor associates
  • Comply with company policies and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with managers and coworkers to complete assignments
  • Build strong team relationships and communicate effectively
  • Maintain integrity and support company goals
  • Deliver results prioritizing customer and member needs
