Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in bakery decoration or related culinary arts
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and artistic skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Create and decorate cakes, tarts, pastries, and specialty bakery goods
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs promptly
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures
- Cross-train and work in multiple store areas including cashiering
- Maintain proper stocking, signage, and product rotation on bakery shelves
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate with store leadership
- Collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, and customers to ensure store goals are met
