Job Qualifications

- Experience in bakery or food service environment is beneficial
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of sanitation regulations
- Ability to manage inventory and product presentation
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Ensure product availability, quality, service, and sanitary conditions
- Manage bakery product variety and presentation including seasonal standards
- Maintain Deco Pac inventories and adhere to production and shrink guidelines
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens and mixers safely
- Handle special customer orders such as custom cakes
- Uphold company policies and sanitation regulations
- Possibly supervise bakery staff in the absence of management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
