Job Duties
- Provide fast friendly helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Smile make eye contact and thank customers
- Maintain neat clean and organized work stations according to 5S standards
- Ensure product availability quality service and sanitary conditions
- Maintain appropriate variety of cakes and bakery items
- Assist Bakery Manager with inventory management and production standards
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens mixers and utensils
- Fill in as in charge in absence of manager and first clerk
- Make special cake orders
- Adhere to all company policies and sanitation regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
