Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry bakery items and materials
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to adhere to all company and state sanitation and safety regulations

Job Duties
- provide fast friendly helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- smile make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests
- maintain a neat clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- ensure customer satisfaction through product availability quality service and sanitary conditions
- maintain an adequate presentation with proper variety of cakes necessary to meet customer needs
- maintain deco pac inventories with bakery manager as determined by corporate office
- maintain production and shrink as per company guidelines
- operate bakery equipment including ovens mixers and utensils
- make all customer special orders such as cake orders
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
- ensure all associates adhere to corporate and state sanitation regulations
- perform other related duties as assigned by management
