Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow company sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights as required
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in bakery or food service environment is beneficial
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail in product presentation and sanitation
- Ability to handle special orders and work as part of a team
- Basic math skills for inventory management
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality, service and sanitary conditions
- Maintain adequate presentation and variety of bakery products including cakes
- Maintain Deco Pac inventories and product standards with Bakery Manager
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- Manage special orders such as cake orders
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and sanitation regulations
- Perform supervisory duties as required in manager's absence
