Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction through product availability, quality and sanitary conditions
- Maintain proper bakery product variety and presentation
- Manage Decopac inventories with Bakery Manager annually
- Ensure variety standards like butter cream and seasonal colors are maintained daily
- Maintain production and shrink according to company guidelines
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- Take charge in absence of Bakery Manager and first clerk
- Make all customer special cake orders
- Adhere to all company policies and sanitation regulations
- Ensure associates follow corporate and state sanitation guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
