Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cake decorating preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Job Duties
- Decorate bakery items including bars, pies, cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes
- Enhance visual appeal of bakery products to boost sales
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with bakery needs and special orders
- Stock and maintain bakery displays ensuring freshness and adequate stock
- Maintain product quality and freshness by adhering to standards
- Collaborate with Cake Decorator II and bakery associates to meet department goals and maintain cleanliness
- Keep food safety logs updated and follow all guidelines
- Regular, timely attendance and reporting absences with notice
- Perform other duties as assigned
