Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Ensure product availability, quality, service and sanitary conditions
- Maintain proper variety of cakes to meet customer needs
- Assist bakery manager with Deco Pac inventory and production management
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers and utensils
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and sanitation regulations
- Make special customer cake orders
- Perform duties in the absence of bakery manager and first clerk
- Ensure associates comply with sanitation regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
