Job Duties
- Provide fast friendly helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain clean neat organized work station according to 5S standards
- Ensure product availability quality service and sanitary conditions
- Maintain adequate presentation and variety of bakery items
- Manage bakery inventories in collaboration with Bakery Manager
- Operate bakery equipment including ovens mixers and utensils
- Lead baking staff in absence of manager and first clerk
- Make special customer orders such as custom cakes
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and sanitation regulations
