Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support total club member service
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Utilize digital tools to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
  • Drive bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
