Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support total club member service
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to make business decisions related to production and merchandise ordering
- Drive bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
