Job Requirements
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required training and assessments within prescribed time frame

- Six months experience in a fresh production area
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain product quality
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices

- Ability to use digital tools and handheld technology
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use decorating tools such as bags tips and nozzles
- Adhere to food safety standards sanitation guidelines cold chain compliance and inventory management
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to make business decisions related to production and merchandising
- Drive bakery area performance ensuring quality date control standards and minimizing waste
- Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume such as holidays and graduations
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues and concerns
- Act as a brand ambassador supporting and mentoring associates while fostering a positive team environment
