Job Requirements

- Previous recruiting or human resources experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with computer systems and recruitment platforms
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Flexible availability including weekends

Job Duties
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Collaborate with bakery franchise owners and managers to identify staffing needs

- Coordinate interviews and manage hiring processes efficiently
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Promote Nothing Bundt Cakes as an employer brand within the community
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and franchise regulations
