- General knowledge of baking principles and practices

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes according to customer orders and established standards, demonstrating proficiency in various cake decorating techniques
- Prepare and bake cake components, ensuring adherence to recipes and food preparation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, upholding strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, demonstrating strong time management skills
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, fostering teamwork
- Package and label finished products accurately, utilizing packaging and labeling best practices
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with positivity
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies, demonstrating general mathematics skills
- Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
- Demonstrate detail oriented approach in all aspects of cake decoration and presentation
