Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of cakes, desserts and pastries consistently at a high rate of speed
- mix creams, sauces, fillings and icings
- apply finishing work to cakes
- take guest orders by phone and in-person
- assist the bakers and bakery clerks as needed
- maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
- provide world-class service to guests
