Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain the bakery area including work surfaces, windows, mirrors, display cases, coolers
- Follow company policies for preparing, handling, packaging, labeling, and storing food
- Operate and sanitize food-related equipment
- Stock and display food products properly
- Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment
- Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking and organizing product displays
- Remove damaged goods and price merchandise accurately
- Ensure design inventory is available for member decorating options
- Prepare bakery merchandise based on production needs
- Follow recipe instructions and use decorating skills to complete approved designs
- Work with decorating tools to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items
- Follow members' orders and specifications using appropriate designs and colors
- Properly wrap, label, and store bakery merchandise
- Provide member service including assisting with purchasing decisions, taking bakery orders, and resolving issues
- Maintain safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Handle claims, returns, and zoning in the bakery sales floor according to company policies
