- ability to complete required trainings and assessments
- ability to follow company policies and safety standards
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- strong cake decorating skills preferred
- ability to operate bakery equipment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- excellent communication and member service skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- clean and maintain bakery area including work surfaces and equipment
- stock and display food products properly
- prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs
- operate bakery equipment safely and follow recipes
- create decorative designs on bakery items using specialized skills and tools
- provide member service by assisting with orders and purchasing decisions
- maintain safety standards and report unsafe conditions
