- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months experience in fresh production area
- ability to complete all required training and assessments within prescribed time
- ability to work collaboratively with team members
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle bakery equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months experience in a fresh production area
- ability to operate bakery equipment
- skills in cake decorating and food presentation
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to follow safety and food handling procedures
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain the Bakery area including work surfaces and equipment
- stock and display merchandise properly
- create consistent decorative designs for bakery items using specialized skills
- provide excellent member service by taking and managing orders
- maintain safety and follow all safety standards
- manage sales floor presentation and merchandise organization
- resolve member issues and manage production to meet member specifications
