Job Requirements
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- Ability to operate bakery equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and pricing merchandise
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain bakery area including work surfaces, windows, mirrors, display cases, and coolers following company policies
- Prepare and handle bakery merchandise by operating bakery equipment and following recipe instructions
- Utilize specialized decorating skills to create decorative flowers, lettering, and designs on cakes, cupcakes, and pies
- Stock and organize merchandise displays, removing damaged goods and pricing items appropriately
- Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, taking bakery orders in person and by phone, and resolving member concerns
- Maintain safety standards by following safety procedures, conducting safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe conditions
- Manage production to ensure timely delivery of member orders and maintain sales floor presentation
