Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant cake decorating and baking experience
- ability to work in a bakery environment
- ability to operate baking and decorating machinery
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- ability to take and submit photographs in required formats
- flexibility to work various shifts including first, second, or third shift
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- self-motivated and adaptable to changing environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of cake decorating and baking experience
- grocery store bakery experience preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- ability to take and submit photos in various formats
- ability to work in bakery environment and operate baking and decorating equipment
- ability to work all customer-required shifts
- self-starter with strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- highly motivated and goal oriented with adaptability
Job Duties
- Provide training to in-store bakery associates on cake decorating and baking techniques
- prepare customer-specific procedure sheets
- help develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for company product portfolio
- help sales group inform customers of new product types and specifications
- help develop and present new ideas and programs to assigned customer accounts
- assist sales group with customer presentations
- assist sales group with product launches
- provide technical assistance to sales group with presentations and follow up
- partner with internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class service and tools
- assist in reporting and handling product complaints
- convey information to colleagues and management in a timely manner
- comply with all food and safety requirements and company policies
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
