Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurement instructions and works with decorating bags tips and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering
- ensures adherence to food safety sanitation cold chain compliance and inventory management
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales improve shopping experience and enhance associate engagement
- drives bakery area performance ensuring quality date control eliminating waste and preparing for seasonal events
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- acts as a brand advocate by delivering high quality service and products and assisting in training
- complies with company policies procedures and ethics standards
- completes work assignments using data and collaborating with others
