Job Duties
- create intricate and visually appealing cake and pastry designs using artistic icing techniques
- take customer orders in person and over the phone
- replenish display cases and shelves with fresh baked goods
- mix colors and ingredients to achieve perfect icing and decorations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating area
- provide world-class customer service by engaging with customers and assisting with their needs
- collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth bakery operations
